The Windy City

Location: Chicago, USA

My friends and I did a roadtrip to the Windy City over Thanksgiving break :) It was FREEZING COLD TO THE BONE. Chicago is so much busier and crazier than Conway! The drivers honked at everything. People flooded the streets on Black Friday, making it almost impossible to walk. But big cities enthrall me. I would love to go back.
Oh, and I took these pictures on Thanksgiving day. The city was surprisingly quiet on Thanksgiving though. It was almost like a ghost town.

Spent all afternoon at the Field Museum. There was so much to see!

The museum's souvenir shopped had some cool stuff.

Sure, these puffy little owls were cute. But $12? Come on. :(

One day, I'll skate in an open skating rink like this :)

This was an accidental shot. My shutter speed was really low, but hey, it's kinda cool isn't it? :)

I don't know if I'll ever achieve the bokeh effect with my 18-55mm lens. But I tried. :)
